The "Tamerlan" is a grill with a barbecue lid under a hood and a work surface. The left side of the grill features a countertop and space for an induction cooktop, allowing you to cook more classic dishes outdoors without the smoky flavor. An induction cooktop is included with your order.

This grill features a cone-shaped roof with a chimney, which facilitates better smoke extraction (similar to a hood).

More specifically, the grill itself has two main functions:

- cooking up to 20 servings of classic shashlik on skewers at a time (we also offer an additional divider to conserve coals and cook smaller portions by cutting the grill to the desired length);

- steaming meat or vegetables under the lid with a barbecue-like effect for a juicier, more smoky finish, and faster cooking time.

The lower part of the grill, on the left, features storage space, essential for any cook, and the right half is equipped with a spacious woodpile.

This set includes:

- A grill with a covered barbecue lid.

- A stand for a cauldron or grill pan for placing on a brazier;

- A 12-liter cast-iron cauldron with a cast-iron lid for pilaf or fish soup;
