Skewer with a canopy is great for cooking meat, vegetables or mushrooms in a tandoor. The construction of the skewer allows it to be placed on a cross-shaped ring, which ensures the best positioning of the products in the tandoor and their convenient use when cooking. There is a hole at the bottom of the skewer, which is used to secure the food with a stopper clip. Even without the locking clip, the bottom edge of the skewer is axially twisted, which prevents food from sliding out of the skewer.
