Baking flatbreads at home like the pros.

Classic Tandyr flatbreads are known for their typical pattern in the middle of the bread.

Not only does it look beautiful, but it also has a special function!

The seal (Chekich) for baking flatbreads is handmade and therefore does not have an identical pattern.

The pattern may be different from the picture.

The dough piece with the pattern in the middle and thus flattened, now sticks better to the inner wall of the tandoor and is also easier to remove/remove.

Also, the flatbread doesn't rise like a "ball" and the fluffiness is distributed around the edges.

There is now a scone baking seal for this!

The operation is simple and easy: press the stamp in the middle of the dough piece in the desired pattern.

Now wipe the inside wall of the Tandoor oven, brought to working temperature, with a damp cloth.

Now press the stamped portion of the dough piece against the inside wall of the tandoor.

Close the tandoor.
